This is a standard reducer that reduces a 3/8 NPT port into a 1/4 NPT port to allow for smaller threaded connectors. These are used on side ports of the Airlift 4 galon tanks as well as the back ports of the 5 galon tanks. Not the cheap Amazon stuff.
