BEFORE YOU BUY: Please note that each coilover kit is manufactured and hand assembled together by us in our Canadian warehouse. Whole process requires approximately up to 3 weeks of lead time to manufacture and test before being shipped as some suspension parts might be delayed. In stock kits will be shipped by priority. This processing time does not include shipping times that are extra and vary by the carrier. We appreciate your understanding as our suspension is bespoke and made to order.

-2 years warranty against manufacturing defects.

-All SqueakyClean Air strut products are covered with limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

-Damages caused by improper use, installation, modifications
and/or collisions will be considered user-error and will not be covered under warranty

-OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. 
Do not use this product on vehicles which will be driven on public roads

-User assumes all risks and costs associated with the use of SqueakyClean products.   SqueakyClean is not responsible for the loss and/or damage of components which are not carried by SqueakyClean.

-All warranty claims require the proof of purchase from an AUTHORIZED SQUEAKYCLEAN DEALER.  Products purchased from un-authorized dealers will not be covered under warranty.

-Warranties only cover the initial purchaser and will not transfer to second hand users.

-Failure to provide the required invoice, images and warranty claim form will result in denial of the warranty claim. NO EXCEPTIONS

-SqueakyClean is not responsible for fees associated with the installation/removal of components.

-KEEP YOUR FACTORY SUSPENSION.  SqueakyClean will not provide temporary
components to replace parts sent to SqueakyClean for inspection.

-All warranty claims for AIR STRUT SYSTEMS require the part in question to be inspected thoroughly by SqueakyClean technicians before the claim can be approved.

-All shippinig charges to SqueakyClean are the responsibility of the user.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

-The retrofit or modification of the air struts will void warranty.

-SqueakyClean will ONLY cover shipping back to the customer.

-SqueakyClean components are not completely torqued out of the box.  Damage caused by loose or over-tightened components will be exempt from warranty.

-INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY SHIPMENTS: Shipping must be covered by the authorized dealer that submitted the original order if it was not purchased direct with SqueakyClean

IMPORTANT: Please note that our warranty covers blow outs, and defects not caused by improper installation or interfearance by other supension components such as control arms, camber or toe or caster arms, end links and other sway bars or suspension components in direct way of the bag. We offer various bags that allow for more clearance but it is your responsiblity to contact us with your special requirements. Please do not make assumptions on your suspension and fitment. We are here to help to make sure your experience is seamless and everything fits.

Non-Refundable Processing Fees

All orders paid by credit card, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, or any third-party processor include non-refundable processing fees charged by the card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

These fees are not returned to us when an order is cancelled or refunded!

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If you request a cancellation or refund for any reason, the original processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Example:

Order Total: $5,000

Processing Fee: $145

Refund Issued: $4,855

(Processing fee percentages vary depending on the payment method used.)

Agreement to Terms

By completing checkout on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, including the deduction of processing fees on cancellations and refunds.

Warranty & Refund Policy

SqueakyCleanAir air strut products include a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. All electronics, such as manifolds and compressors, carry a 1-year limited warranty. LowDynamics products are also covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

Warranty coverage for products from other brands (e.g., Viar, Air Lift, SMC, etc.) must be obtained directly from their respective manufacturers, as we do not provide warranty support for resold items.

All air struts, coilover conversion bags, manifolds, compressors, and tanks are final sale. These products are either made to order or considered custom components, and are therefore non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all specifications before placing an order, unless otherwise stated in writing.

We are happy to assist with questions before purchase; however, once an order is placed, it is considered processed, completed, and final.
